Investigations of all marine accidents, including collisions and groundings, are carried out by our specialists also through the analysis of electronic navigational data, VDR recordings, AIS data in order to provide all the factual evidence necessary for the definition of liability.
VDR and AIS data are elaborated from raw format with own tools, in order to obtain the full extent of information without the limits of playback software or third party elaborations.
Accidents are reported in detail on nautical charts and with all relevant information, including other vessels, limits to navigation, milestone events and communications.
Comments on liability based on COLREG and other applicable international and local rules can be provided also separately.
